In the past, most of the SCRUM handbooks emphasised that certain SCRUM events can be held only in person and it is impossible to do it effectively using remote only tools.We dare to challange that!This session will show how the process of distributed software development patterns can be applied to the daily SCRUM routine of OANDA’s engineering teams working closely together from multiple locations on two continents.
Bartosz and Jason will talk about the products their teams are building, how the teams are solving complex software development challenges asynchronously and what it means to be truly remote-first.
