das Problem hast Du richtig erkannt. Ab Windows XP(soweit mir bekannt) ist das Echo im Telnet-Client aktiv. Du hast aber die Möglichkeit über Steuerbefehle zu diesem Client das Echo auszuschalten. Schau mal in der Hilfe der Delphi-Komponente nach, dort gibt es Verweise zur Telnet Protokollspezifikation.

Schnell erklaert:
Noch vor dem Loggin also bei "DoConnect" einfach die Zeichenfolge 255,254,1
mit AThread->Connection->WriteBuffer(Zeichenfolge,3,true);
senden. Danach dürfte das Problem nicht mehr auftreten.
