z darmowych kompilatorów masz free pascala i nakładkę z vcl'em (trochę jeszcze niedopracowaną) - Lazarus'a.

Ale wersja Standard ktora nie jest komercyjna (byla kiedys takze w PCWK)

Wg mnie posiadanie licencji na Delphi to dopiero połowa sukcesu. Nie wystarczy mieć tylko orginalnego Delphiego . Trzeba mieć jeszcze przynajmniej licencje na Windows.
I pytanie czy sprzedający programy są w jakiś sposób kontrolowani przez Borlanda? Jeśli tak to jak sie to odbywa? Wystarczy pokazać licencje czy grzebią w kompie?
