Android - eclipse pierwszy projekt

Witam, chcialbym jakos wgrac emulator do eclipse by stworzyc pierwszy program na adroida i go skompilowac w eclipsie.
Prosił bym o pomoc.

Startujac emulator w AVD Menager poza eclipse mam cos takiego:

Widzialem na filmikach ze w ten sposob tez powien wystartowac.
Teoretycznie mam wszystki zainstalowane. Probowalem tez z android sytudio i byla ta sama sytuacja. Wolal bym dostosowac ten emulator pod eclipse.

W obecnej chwili w eclipse po kliknieciu kompiluj nic sie nie dzieje.
Teoretycznie nie wiem jakich informacji udzielic jeszcze.

Gdy w CPU/ABI zmienie z Intel Atom x86 na ARM to jest tak:
