Znalazłem na pewnej stronce taki oto tekst:

W sumie ciekawa sprawa - nie wiedziałem, że jest takie coś - nie napisali w jakiej przeglądarce, ale faktem jest, że Ctrl+F5 pod IE dłużej ładuje stronę - więc chyba właśnie dla IE to skrót - nie wiedziałem o tym i dzielę się tym z Wami ;)
