Na 50% chodzi o przestawienie AHCI -> IDE, ale niekoniecznie (zazwyczaj Windows nie znajduje dysku wtedy).
Inna porada jaką znalazłem:
Completely reset all BIOS/CMOS settings. Restart computer. Enter BIOS/CMOS again.
Disable "boot from LAN", if any such settings are available. (If enabled, the computer/XP setup may look for another unit on the LAN on which to possibly install XP, and, not finding one, choke.)
Move "boot from CD/DVD" to the very top of the list; "boot from HD", to the bottom.
Restart computer and run install.
Aha, jakbyś nie znalazł w BIOSie opcji przestawienia AHCI na IDE (nie wszystkie komputery to mają) to zgłoś się na PM po zmodyfikowany obraz Windowsa XP SP3 PL, który sam w sobie zawiera sterowniki AHCI, więc nie trzeba nic przestawiać. Ale nie podoba mi się, że to jest BSOD
