On behalf of our client, international IT brand, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of ISM Level 3 System Management Specialist.

Job type: B2B contract, long-term cooperation
Job Responsibilities:
Specialist at Level 3 support will be responsible for problem determination and resolution, disaster recovery and technical solutions preparations.
L3 specialists will occasionally participating internal projects that are focused mainly on infrastructure and application deployments.
Qualifications/Core Competences:
• Experience with IBM Service Management (ISM) v7 technology, SCCD (v7.5), ICD
• Experience in relational database DB2/Oracle and SQL
• Experience in UNIX/LINUX administration/usage
• Experience in area of WebSphere or BeaWeblogic middleware
• Willingness to up skill in area of ISM tool with special focus on SRM area
• Knowledge of ITIL processes with focus on Incident, Problem, Change, Assets management
• Experience in customer relations and/or working in service desk area
• Ability to communicate articulately and effectively at all levels of business
• Ability to work in team
• Taking ownership for assigned task and deliver results on time
• Communicate for impact within the team as well as with customer
• Fluent English
Optional Competences:
• Experience with reporting platforms - BIRT or COGNOS or Actuate
• General programming skills (Java preferable)
