Your role
You will develop innovative mid-tier and back-end applications using technologies such as ASP .Net Core, C# and Entity Framework. You will create and integrate with RESTful web services and help us stay up to date in our architecture and technology selection.
Your responsibilities
As a Senior C# / .Net Core Developer, you will be responsible for:
● Developing and integrating new and existing applications;
● Analysis of functional and non-functional requirements and working with your colleagues to determine the best possible solutions;
● Advocating for best practices, and
● Doing whatever it takes to help Digital get the right solutions implemented to deliver value to customers around the globe.
Your background and skills
We are looking for someone with a strong proficiency in C#, .Net Core and:
● At least 8 years experience in a similar role;
● Extensive experience creating and integrating with RESTful APIs;
● Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, OpenID Connect and JWT;
● Familiarity with modern CI/CD, code versioning and QA tools and processes;
● The confidence to speak up when you think something can be done better and the ability to accept compromises when necessary, and
● An agile mindset and experience with Scrum and/or other methodologies.Your role
