Our client – an international company is expanding its technical support team in Warsaw. Currently we are looking for:
Level 2 IT Support Engineer with Spanish
Salary: 8.000 – 10.000 PLN gross
Working as L2 IT support engineer you will:
Provide support to internal client regarding data management applications
Diagnose and fix minor bugs in code or in database
Escalate major issues to developers
Participate in creating supporting documentation
What we are looking for:
2+ year of experience in application support or programming
Knowledge or experience in data management systems
Familiarity with relational databases
Basic knowledge of .NET and SSIS
Very good communication skills and customer orientation
Fluency in English and Spanish (in speech and writing)
