Senior/Lead Front-End Developer

Skelia invites Senior/Lead Front-End Developer for long-term and full-time employment at its service center in Krakow, Poland.

This is a unique opportunity to become a part of a world-class team of professionals of a leading Finnish company which delivers next generation communication solutions to domestic and international customers.

You will be responsible for Front-End part of the single unified communication platform. It simplifies the telecommunication challenges for the customers, improves productivity and lowers the communication costs. The system provides the contact center functionality for handling contacts on their hotline telephony for individual contacts between companies and their customers. All users are connected to one centrally managed system regardless of their geographical location. Additionally, the system for call center agents is integrated with Skype for Business.

You will be:

·         Leading and coaching your team on technical matters.

·         Building efficient front-end system, develop the complex solution based on design and functional specifications.

·         Implement business logic and integration services as defined by the client.

·         Closely collaborate with team of front-end developers on technical decisions.

·         Estimate development tasks during scoping, planning and development stages.

·         Make recommendations on how to improve development processes.

·         You will be in direct contact with our customer in Finland.

 

We expect You to have:

 

·         Proven experience as a Front-end Developer (min. 3 years).

·         Very good knowledge of and experience with CSS3, HTML5.

·         Very good knowledge of JavaScript.

·         Knowledge of and experience with Angular, React.JS or/and Redux, TypeScript is much appreciated.

·         Familiarity with design philosophy.

·         Passion for people and technology.

·         Very good English skills (written and spoken).

·         Excellent communication and team management skills.
