IT Business Analyst
Location: Kraków, Poland
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and refining business needs and translating these into IT requirements. You will be expected to work throughout the project lifecycle where you will have an opportunity to infuence the way the solution is implemented. IT Business Analyst

Your daily responsibilities will include: ·
- Translating business needs into IT requirements to facilitate the progression of a project ·
- Analyzing and defining appropriate IT solutions ·
- Working closely with product owners and architects ·
- Assessing the usability and potential of new requests and provide proposals and solutions to the business that meet business requirements ·
- Forming relationships with stakeholders both from business and IT
To be successfull you should fulfill the below requirements:
- Understanding of the development and testing principles, processes and methodologies (Agile)
- Innovative approach to solving complex problems with an excelent level of attention to detail ·
- Knowledge of UML
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Very good analytical skills,
- Very good command of English, ·
- A high level of motivation, quick to learn and the ability to work with minimal supervision ·
- Ability to work with team members in different timezones ·
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
