This is a remote, home-based position.
Scopic Software (www.scopicsoftware.com) is the largest virtual software company in the world. We have over 200 employees in 25 different countries. All employees work from home. We develop custom software applications for clients in North America and Europe. The company is looking to hire a talented Intermediate Python/Django Developer. Work hours are flexible. Projects are interesting and challenging.
Requirements:
• Good reading, writing and spoken English skills.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience working with Python.
• Experience working with Django.
• Good PHP programming skills and some experience with PHP frameworks (Yii, Laravel, etc.).
• Dedication and discipline to work remotely from home.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
Optional Skills:
• Good JavaScript programming skills and some experience with JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with HTML/CSS.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
This is a part-time position.
Hourly rate range depending using skills and experience is: $10-$15/hr.
