Responsibilities:
- business analysis;
- support to delivery teams and QA departments;
- test scenarios, system testing;
- training sessions on business specifics and test scenarios;
- functional specifications, user stories;
- support to other lines of business;
- reports and direct contact with the customer;
Requirements:
- excellent communication skills;
- developed analytic skills;
- previous experience on similar role, especially in clarifying functional requirement, cooperating with delivery teams, owning processes and creating documentation;
- ability to think out-of-the box and combine business needs with technical abilities of the project;
- English – B2/C1;
- prior experience in finance/insurance area would be an asset.
