You will make a significant contribution to the design, development, implementation and support of business critical applications. As a PHP Developer, you will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Ambitious and self-motivated, you must have the desire to bring fresh ideas to the table. The UK limited travel to head office would be required.

This role is located in Krakow.

Your role and responsibilities:
– Building and leading the Krakow team and working with the head office to deliver projects on time within budget.
– Working with clients and/or team members produce detailed project specifications.
– Design, develop, implement and support of business critical applications.
– Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
– Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders on existing and new projects.
– Gain a full understanding of back end functionality of existing products and assist the team with maintenance and development as required.
– Assist with design of mobile applications.
– Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure optimisation and functionality.
– Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
– Assist with technical support including some out of office hours cover.
– Other tasks as reasonably requested by management.
Essential skills for this role:
– PHP, MySQL, MVC Frameworks, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX experience is essential.
– Good attention to details required.
– Staff leadership experience.
– Proficiency in English.
It would be nice to have:
– iOS, Android experience.
