Tech Lead (React/Java) (Spring)

Location: Cracow

Salary: 9000-13000PLN net on B2B (fulltime)

What you will be working on:
You will have an opportunity to be a part of the planning, design, development and deployment phases of the project. You will have a chance to create a dynamic and intuitive application interface and work on shared functionalities to deliver new features for global markets. You will be working
with a cross-functional team of specialists (front-end, back-end developers, scrum masters, global and local product owners, project manager, UX/UI designers/developers, manual/automation QAs). You will also have a chance to cooperate with other technical leaders, constantly improving different environments, mentoring and check the quality of code.

Requirements:
•At least 2 years of experience with Java and Spring (Java 8, SpringBoot use in project)
•At least 2 years of experience with JavaScript
•Very good understanding API contracts
•Experience and very good knowledge of React
•Very good knowledge of RESTful API principles
•Experience with working with CI (Jenkins, Docker)
•Very good knowledge about the newest solutions and tools
•Very good understanding of ECMA6, Typescript
•Experience in HTML5 and CSS3
•Knowledge of SOLID, KISS, DRY rules
•Very good knowledge about TDD
•Experience with version control and bug tracking systems
•Outstanding communication skills and very good technical English
•People management skills
•Excellent problem solving skills, initiative and intellectual curiosity
•Passion for knowledge sharing and professional development
