Our client is a specialist in innovative software and hardware design, system integration and strategic research. Because of the intensive development of the company we are looking for an employee to the position of:
Embedded Linux Platform Specialist
Nr Ref: ELPS/Wr/93/2017
Localization: Wrocław
You will :
- Participate in the design, planning, development, debugging and integration of embedded software modules
- Report to a Technical Lead or Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of C and C++ professionally
- At least 3 years of a variety of Embedded Linux software development (Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian)
- Experience of Linux modification and configuration (Security, Boot process, Cross compilation, Memory management)
- Experience with Open Embedded/Yocto
- Linux build systems expertise (makefiles, toolchains, cross platform compilation)
- Multi-threading and multi-process knowledge (D-BUS)
- Porting experience (ARM, MIPS, BCM)
- LXC or Docker Containers
- Proven ability to work independently and directly with customer team
- Polish (native to strong) and English (strong to functional)
Experience of any of the following will strengthen your application:
- Python or Bash
- OpenWRT or Buildroot build system
- Linux Driver development (SPI, I2C, Wifi, Flash)
- Set top box experience especially RDK
