Tech Lead / Senior .NET Developer

We are a global leader in power and automation industry. We work within domain of Marketing & Sales, building tools to support sales engineers in daily operations. For our Lodz-based .NET web application team we are currently looking for Tech Lead, who will help us to lead development of new software releases. This role is a challenge combining development skills with excellence in communication and project coordination. Do you want to lead design and implementation of technical solutions? Wymagania

Tasks:
• Develop, improve and deploy the applications with respect to coding standards;
• Coordinate programming efforts and software quality in the scope of an application release;
• Act as mentor to fellow programmers;
• Support, maintain and document software functionality;
• Integrate software with existing systems;
• Research into the technology to stay up to date with trends and best practices and assess available technologies and recommend solutions;
• Analyze written specifications and user needs to determine technical implementation;
• Perform and govern code and design reviews in collaboration with Solution Architect;
• Ensure testing on the programming level is designed and performed by the team;
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members in international environment;
• Follow software development process defined within ABB;
• Constantly improve the way work is done.

Requirements:
• At least 4 years of commercial development experience;
• Proficient in .NET platform development;
• Experience with ASP.NET, MS SQL, JavaScript is a must;
• Knowledge of design patterns and good coding practices is a must;
• Knowledge and experience with unit testing, mocking frameworks, TDD;
• At least Bachelor's Degree in IT field;
• Fluent spoken and written English.
