Familiar with Java 6
Proficient in Eclipse IDE
Experienced with GIT
Acknowledged about XML and JSON
Experienced with JavaScript

Vaadin and Virgo experience
Unit testing and mocking frameworks (e.g. JUnit, mockito)
SQL and RDBMS systems (e.g. Oracle, DB2)

OUR PROJECTS:

Our client an international company providing solutions for insurance companies and banks. In BLStream we cooperate with the insurance department.

The Team, to which we are recruting deevlopers, is currently working on two areas:

quotation engine
the algorithm for calculating the amounts/commissions in insurance products
Web UI of application using Vaadin
The process of Team building in Poznan started in March and currently in the project we have mixed allocation - polish and italian developers. In the future the Team will be self-organized and located only in Poznań.

The project gives the opportunity to travel to Venice for for 2 weeks when joining the project. Also longer travels to Venice are possible and not mandatory.
