Sprawdzanie sprzętu

Witam

Chciałbym aby mój program wykrył sprzęt zainstalowany na komputerze.

Chodzi mi o coś w rodzaju CPU-Z.

Ma wykryć model procka, kary graficznej, Ram-u, dysku,(monitora jak się da) a przynajmniej max rozdzielczość itd.

To fajnie.
