Responsibilities:
► Accountable for administrating the cloud laaS layer management tooling.
► Perform manual operations and changes on the infrastructure.
► Manage and resolve incident, problem and change tickets.
► Responsible for patch management and for
► Responsible for user management within the cloud solution.
► Participate in end to end onboarding for new customers.
► Manage and control Microsoft-based OS platform.
► Monitor and analyze OS performance and capacity.
► Solve incidents and problems that occur on the OS platform.
► Introduce planned changes to the environment.
► Coordinate tasks between internal and external delivery units.
► Provide reports according to implemented quality processes.
Wymagania
We expect:► MCSA/MCSE or equivalent
► Very good knowledge of English
► Experience in managing Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2/2012 platform.
► Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, GPO, TCP/IP.
► Experience in monitoring and analyzing capacity / performance data.
► Deployment and configuration of new OS platforms.
► Experience in troubleshooting OS-related issues.
► Knowledge of RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID 5 etc.).
