Checking references, conducting interviews, providing feedback to candidates according to company standards
Publication of vacancies on websites
Maintaining a database of candidates according to company standards
Participation in conferences
Reporting in accordance with company standards
People motivation
Work on HR processes
Be responsibly for company policies and processes description
Be responsibly for company events, entertainments, etc
Help with administration and paper wor
Requirements:
Proven experience on the position IT recruiter
Knowledge of IT market
IT-terminology knowledge
Creative ways of searching for IT specialists and experience conducting HR interviews
University degree (preferably in psychology)
English (is a must)
Russian or Ukrainian is a plus
Result orientation
Strong networking skills
Ability to switch between different tasks
Understanding of HR processes
Strong communication skill
