SAP HCM Consultant PA/PY with German

Position: SAP HCM Consultant  PA / PY with German

Form of employment: Permanent Contract

Localization: Gdańsk

 

 

For our Client we are looking for SAP HCM Consultant PA / PY with German

 

Main tasks will be:

·         Identifying, consulting and implementing whole continuous process and system optimization in SAP HCM and similar solutions;

·         Applying Change Requests to the GSS SAP HCM in collaboration with departments and partners;

·         Technical support with a focus on the booking interface, coordinating, supporting and processing of support packages in a complex Shared Services system landscape;

·         Managing concepts, implementing and carrying on functional tests, documentation and troubleshooting;

·         Contacting with customers and partners internally and externally as well as via interface (consulting, support and training)

·         Taking a part in migration, standardization and other projects.

 

The Candidate should have:

At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related field;
Ability and curiosity to become involved in the technical subjects of German payroll accounting;
Proficiency in usage of SAP HCM PA / PY and the add-on products as well as practice in SAP SolMan ChaRM and in managing support packages;
Familiarity with roll out or implementation projects;
Eagerness to travel;
Expertise in usage of Microsoft Office applications;
Independent, flexible, team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude;
Superb analytical and problem solving skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and in a team;
Very good English skills (written and spoken).
