Position: Senior Software Engineer
Form of employment: Permanent Contract
Localization: Kraków
Main tasks will be:
· Designing, implementing and debugging wireless driver integration;
· Creating and implementing platform software;
· Developing and implementing IP network service software;
· Researching and developing wireless algorithms;
· Researching and developing networking technologies;
· Testing and Developing test scripts for various functionalities;
· Developing and debugging software for 802.1x Supplicant;
· Porting 802.11 WLAN a/b/g/n driver on host platform;
· Establishing User Interface for various WLAN features;
· Checking new technologies, algorithms, etc.;
· Following the newest industrial standards, such as IEEE and IETF;
· Cooperating with product management on new product definitions;
· Preforming system test, fixing software bugs and other issues;
The Candidate should have:
- At least Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or similar field or equivalent knowledge/experience;
- Practice developing software for network drivers
- Proficiency in embedded Linux operating system, experience on Linux device driver development preferred;
- Mastery in software development skills, solid C or C++ coding and debugging skills, design for testability;
- Proven record of designing and delivering robust and resilient systems and applications;
- Independent, flexible, team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude;
- Superb analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Very good English skills (written and spoken).
