Your will have the possibility to:
- Implement the Scrum methodology in new projects aimed at integrating on line platforms and services
- Track sprint progress on a daily basis
- Take proactive measures to ensure deadlines are met
- Identify and remove project and process blockers, ensuring constant delivery
- Facilitate the communication between Product Owners and development teams
- Coach team members towards personal efficiency and increased performance
- Participate in company-wide process improvement initiatives.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous expertise as Scrum Master in a software development company
- Good knowledge of software development processes
- Strong command of English
- An assertive personality and strong communication skills
We consider any of the below an asset:
- Previous expertise in software development or testing
- Additional expertise in managing projects and people in a tech environment
- Expertise in working with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Certification in project management or Scrum (e.g. PSMI , PSM II, CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP)
