Senior IT Security Business Analyst

Do you have a knack for analyzing IT Security Requirements? Are you able to work in global projects efficiently? We're looking for someone like that who can help us:
– determine required IT Security business solutions and assist in implementing them
– conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
– support the Security engineers by describing the requirements and processes involved
– assist in quality control and project management
– identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
– work closely with business stakeholders responsible for Information Security, as well as various partners within the IT organization
– mentor junior Business Analysts in the team
Your team
You'll be working in the Security IT team in Wrocław. Security IT is a global organization delivering changes to the Security IT services Identity and Access Management, Data Protection and Application Security and Cyber Security Services. We help to protect UBS.
Your experience and skills
You have: – degree in Computer Science, Management or related field or equivalent experience – an industry best practice qualifications (CBAP, IREP or equivalent) – minimum 5 years' experience applying business analysis techniques, preferable in infrastructure projects – the ability to translates Stakeholder Requests into Features and Requirements – knowledge of how to develop robust solutions – an understanding of the software development lifecycle – strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills You are: – passionate about supporting the development of IT Security systems and applications – ready to share your knowledge with junior Business Analysts – technically savvy with an appreciation for IT Security capability – adaptable, able to work across teams and functions – used to work in an global organization in virtual teams – fluent in English and used to communicate with senior stakeholders
