Problem z kompilacją dowolnego projektu WPF

Witam.
Tworzę nowy projekt WPF C# w visual studio 2010, a następnie wstawiam jakąś kontrolkę, odczekują chwilę i pojawia się błąd krytyczny programu visual studio, co skutkują crashem się tego zacnego IDE.
Gdy próbuję potem ponownie otworzyć projekt, który wcześniej stworzyłem, visual studio natychmiast się ponownie crashuje.
W czym jest problem? Przy tworzeniu aplikacji WF nigdy nie miałem takiego problemu, dopiero kiedy postanowiłem się przerzucić na WPF, chyba visual przestał mnie lubić :<.
