Na serwerze który działa na Ubuntu zainstalowałem javę
sudo apt install default-jre
po zainstalowaniu sprawdzam
java -version
i widzę:
openjdk version "17.0.10" 2024-01-16
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 17.0.10+7-Ubuntu-123.10.1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 17.0.10+7-Ubuntu-123.10.1, mixed mode, sharing)
no i czytam, że JRE (chodzi mi o to co wyżej widać jako "OpenJDK Runtime Environment") zawiera w sobie

to skoro JRE zawiera już VM to po co ta VM poniżej (chodzi mi o "OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM")?
