FeignClient powoduje Application run failed

Siemka,

Buduje projekt currency exchange gdzie po wywolaniu endpoint powinno nam pobrac liste przelicznika walut z API. Po dodaniu FeignClient apka nie chce wystartowac i nie moge ogarnac dlaczego.
