Witam , po zainstalowaniu wampa serwer jest cały czas offline. pojawia sie komunikat
" Could not execute menu item (internal error) [Exception] Could not perform service action: usługa nie została uruchomiona "
Czytałem już kilka tematów , zaistalowałem visual c++ x86 oraz x64 , problem nadal jednak sie pojawia.
Problem pojawia się rowniez przy xampp , nie mozna wlaczyc apache ani mysql
