Wymagania
Main Objectives and Goals:• Internal user support for HR payroll application with several modules (HCM, T&A, PEP, DBV3)
• ITIL-based Change- and Incident Management:
o Technical application support and system administration
o Operation, maintenance and monitoring of production batch processing
o Level-3-Support to solve incidents
• Creation of technical documentation and (user) manuals
• Project support for migration or implementation of new applications and technologies in compliance with ADP production standards Required:
Qualification:
• Master or bachelor in IT
• 3 - 5 years professional experience with complex IT architecture/ applications
IT knowledge:
• Operating systems (Windows-, Linux-Unix-server)
• Client-server-environments (e.g. Citrix, RDP)
• Network infrastructure
• Relational database management systems (Oracle/ SQL)
• Web application server (JBoss, Tomcat, Orion)
o HTML, JAVA-Script are a plus
• Loga client server and HCM application (incl. Otris) are a plus
• Advanced Skills: Batch/ Shell/ SQL-Scripting(SQL, PL/SQL)
Further skills:
• ITIL (V3) Foundation
• good ability for presentation and communication
• German fluent
• English good
• Project experience
• Audit (ISO9001 and SOC1) is a plus
