Working as a Senior IT Project Manager you will be organizing the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule, within budget constraints and monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Additionally, you will develop and manage the project plan, including project scope, development/delivery schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts.
Moreover, working with management staff to establish appropriate project structure, staffing plans and participation in the staffing process, will be part of duties. This work includes developing and managing a communication plan to include content, frequency, audience and channels. It may also provide input on performance against deliverables and manage resource additions and deletions over the life of the projects. When appropriate, the IT Project Manager will be interfacing with the customer deliverables and will accountable for meeting project schedules and costs.
Working on this position, you will be also responsible for ensuring that approved methods, processes and tools are consistently used, including change, issue risk and quality management.
Wymagania
Requirements- Advanced experience managing discrete deliverables or full life cycles of multiple small projects min. 4-6 years of experience.
- Possess and applies knowledge of project management principals, practices and procedures.
- Solid leadership qualities.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision and be accountable for actions and decisions.
- Analytical skills and a solid facilitator.
- Good communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient with a project scheduling software tool-MS Project.
- Experience with Jira or other tracking tools is a plus.
- Experience with AGILE.
- Working knowledge of phases of the product life cycle, including engineering specifications, customer requirements gathering, software design and development, testing - including unit, functional, systems and integration implementation/delivery and maintenance.

- The budget for this position is between 12 000 - 16 000 PLN and depends on the chosen form of the agreement (standard work agreement or B2B).
