In the role of ETL Informatica Support Consultant you will elaborate and deliver best practice solutions and will be able to further develop your solution design, implementation and project management skills. You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing business processes in the ETL Informatica area to fully understand the clients requirements;
- Considering integration as well as change management implications;
- Providing ETL Informatica problem diagnosis and solving incidents raised by the client;
- Advising on ETL Informatica related topics in a complex Data Warehouse landscape;
- Designing and implementing state-of-the-art client specific solutions in Informatica;
- Covering business as well as technical aspects: process design, configurations, program code reviews, customizing, testing;
- Elaborating documentations and training documents;
- Executing system tests.
Wymagania
Requirements- Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluent knowledge of English and at least intermediate knowledge of German;
- Solid experience in ETL development in general;
- Solid understanding of the use of Informatica for data staging in a layered scaleable architecture of an ORACLE based Data Warehouse;
- Very good practical knowledge of ETL Informatica Power Center;
- Solid experience in an international consulting company or in an end-user Application Management Service organization with hands-on Informatica;
- Experience with Oracle & SQL;
- Experience in reporting business context of the functional areas of Logistics (e.g. Procurement, Production or Sales) or Finance;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Education degree in Information Technology/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SAP BW or SAP Basis systems would be an asset;
- Success at team working and good communication skills;
- Willingness to travel, particularly in Europe during the Transition phase (eligibility to travel within EU is a must).
