Main tasks will be: assuming responsibility for smooth operation of the SAP BW and HANA platform; supporting SAP BW and HANA users; assuming responsibility for implementing and delivering solutions from the field of IT; taking part in projects and creating solutions that meet business needs and are compatible with present and prospective state architectures; providing advice to IT and business stakeholders on design, technologies and BI applications; working with other departments and stakeholders; capturing and analyzing business drivers to develop BI architecture requirements.
The Candidate should have:
• Higher educational degree in computer science or economics;
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP BW;
• Proven track of achievements in a given field, especially with a background in finance, energy and commodities IT;
• Vast knowledge about SAP BW/HANA and understanding of its functions and potential;
• Good knowledge of SAP extractors in HR, Fin, PM, MM and ISU areas;
• Familiarity with Extract, Transform and Load process in SAP BW;
• Profound understanding of integration architecture;
• Emphatic, flexible, pragmatic, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude;
• Ability to analyse complex processes, design, and develop SAP BI solutions;
• Superb analytical, strategic and problem solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
Additionally, it would be a plus if the Candidate had skills in ABAP programming for SAP BW and experience with SAP BW on HANA.
