Java Programmer

G-force Recruitment is a Polish recruitment company specialized in matching international personnel to vacancies that require native command of a language other than Polish. Working for major international companies throughout Poland, our clients include IT outsourcing centres, customer services departments, call centres and other Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) centres which are looking for native speakers and multilingual staff. We deal in both permanent and temporary jobs. At present, approximately 90% of our vacancies are for permanent full-time jobs, varying from administrative to executive level.

Analysis of functional requirements
Creation of software solutions to fulfill defined functional requirements
Support quality effort through application of best practices, unit and integration testing, and developers tests
Support of our software deployment team
Preparation of required documentation

Required background and experiences

Proven track of record in software development
Experience of quality driven software development process
Solid understanding of processes of continuous integration and release management
Good knowledge of Java including Java EE / J2EE as well as hands on experience with tools like Maven, Hudson, Subversion and Nexus; experience of JSF 2.0 is a plus
Command solid understanding of data management systems and SQL language
Strong communication and negotiation skills – fluent English both verbal and written is a must
