Wymagania
Your tasks: • remote support in the field of IT equipment for all TALLY WEiJL stores in Europe• providing technical assistance to Warsaw Retail Business Center Employees
• servers and internal database back-up
• supporting Service Desk Team in daily operations (including helping other Specialists with solving the most challenging cases)
• cooperation with other IT Support Centers located abroad
• preparing instructions and procedures for less experienced colleagues
• providing 2nd level support for the stores
Requirements:
• university degree in computer science, informatics or equivalent qualification
• fluency in German or French would be an asset
• fluency in English
• communication skills and a can-do attitude
• experience in POS systems (GK software) or in network administration (CISCO devices) would be an advantage
