Reasonable English speaking skills
Proactive task chaser – not a "specification waiter";
Experienced developer, able to consult on all levels;
Ability to onboard themselves quickly, identify and work within team disciplines
Essential Technical Skills required
Minimum of 3yrs commercial front/back end development experiences
Excellent experienced with React js, Rails & Bootstrap
Some pdf.js
Experience in UI performance and data handling improvements in browser.
