For one of our clients we are now looking for a
Customer Service Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Customers' and contractors' ongoing support (e-mail, phone, chat)
• Maintaining good relationships with customers and foreign partners
• Taking care of a positive image of companies
• Collecting, processing and making reports of customer feedbacks on services
provided by the company
• Active partners searching and taking care of current ones
Requirements:
• At least very good knowledge of English and one of the following languages: Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Danish, Swedish, Arabic, Italian, Dutch, Finnish, Romanian, Norwegian, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Thai, Greek, Spanish, Turkish
• Above-average communication skills verbal and written in foreign languages and
mother tongue
• Very good knowledge of the games industry (electronic distribution systems)
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good computer skills
• A positive attitude and keenness to learn and an ability to solve non-standard problems
• Independence and good work organization
Additional advantages:
• Knowledge of other foreign languages in communicative level in
speaking and writing will be a very big advantage
