Frontend (Interactive) Developers bridge the gap between visual design and development. This involves working closely with Visual and UX designers to elaborate innovative and best solutions in various types of project platforms. The focus of the role is to un-tap the full potential of front-end code. To be expressive, fast, and clean, while uplifting the user experience to world-class levels. Responsibilities range from ideation through the generation production-ready front-end code, to rapidly prototyping user experiences for concept testing. A great Interactive Developer embraces the wildly creative as well as the formal and logical. Their skills are leveraged to make sure that Infusion designs applications and websites that are both beautiful and technically ground breaking–while not compromising on the design, whatever the platform. The role has a strong focus on staying current; specifically, researching and experimenting with new technologies and standards as they evolve.

Wymagania

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Contribute ideas based on a strong technical baseline of knowledge around front-end experiences.
-Work with UX, Design and Development to ensure projects are completed using the best methodologies and technologies.
-Develop front-end/presentation layer code, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XAML, etc.
-Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and be able to promote their usage as required.
-Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve bugs where required.
-Function effectively in a high-volume, fast-changing work environment while managing multiple time-critical issues.
-Strong multi-tasker. The Interactive Developer has the ability to think and respond quickly while maintaining attention to detail across multiple projects and teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Deliver best-in-class HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript front-end code across numerous platforms such as Web /  Mobile Web / Windows 8 App / PhoneGap
-JavaScript Programming (jQuery, Angular JS or other JS framework/libs)
-Experience with creating responsive web applications
-Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
-Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms and devices
-Participate in discussions with clients and team members about technical best practices and help teams identify  optimal technical solutions
-Understand Agile methodology and instill best practices into the process.
-Experience in using version control system (TFS, SVN, GIT) NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

-Deliver best-in-class XAML / CSS front-end code to multiple Windows-based platforms such as Win 8, WPF,  Windows Mobile, etc.
-Development with native Android UI elements and animations
-Development with native iOS UI elements and animations
