Salary: 7 000 PLN – 12 000 PLN gross Contract of employment

Wymagania

Key duties:
• Communicate with client, collect functional requirements, take care about good relations,
• Prepare project plan based on customer requirements and planned budget
• Ticket management and estimates with collaboration with other team members,
• Delivery planning,
• Jira administration,
• Team work organization,
• Testing of delivered features,
• Report your work to management about project progress, priorities, requirements,
• Report projects results and address critical obstacles to higher management and steering committee
• Ensure achievement project objectives in line with project AGILE methodologies
• Ensure effective and efficient utilization of project resources
• Maintain/update production related documentation Previous experience, skills and qualities:
• Experience in project leading
• Basic technical knowledge of technology concepts
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and recommends corresponding solutions
• Ability to prioritize, plan and monitor activities done by developers
• Ability to coordinate many tasks simultaneously
• Ability to influence on top management, effective negotiator
• Goal and customer orientation
• Good working knowledge of project methodology – Scrum
• Excellent business English (oral and written skills), other languages are an asset
• High communication skills and understanding of culture differences
