Wymagania
Responsibilities:• Agile process facilitation, impediments removal;
• Promotes transparency by ensuring that all Scrum events (Sprint planning, review, retrospective) occur;
• Maintains and reports team performance metrics;
• Escalates any impediment or roadblock;
• Causes change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team through the inspect and adapt;
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience;
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement;
• Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques (Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, agile metrics, etc.);
• Good English language skills, written and verbal;
