Reporting to the CTO, the IT Project Manager is a leader working with the development teams to allow them to deliver, improve and succeed. You work in synchronization with various areas of the IT department, clients and the business to deliver IT solutions for our client organisation's. You are responsible for commitments of your team to deliver solutions at a specific time taking into consideration all impacts, risks and issues which may arise during the projects.

Job Functions- In charge of managing the project's technical delivery end to end, from Study phase to deployment in production and operations
- Commits on a release date at the end of the Study phase (project plan)
- Accountable for the delivery (scope / quality) until the deployment according to the project plan
- Coordinates all technical stakeholders: For both external clients and internal
- Liaise with other Managers to allocate the resources based on the projects (strategic and evolutive) he is in charge of
- In charge of the Technical design, during the Study and Development phases
- A degree in IT or IT and Business related topics
- Experience from agile methods (Scrum, XP)
- Experience from successful team collaboration
- At least 5 years working experience in a .Net development environment
- Experience of business critical web development in a 24/7 business
- Experience in online gaming industry - preferred
- Certified Scrum Master
- Solid knowledge of development practices in .net framework
- Be very business aware with ideally a sound knowledge of business practices
- Process oriented and an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English, both written and oral
