IT Specialist - Cloud Services Engineer
Main asks/responsibilities:
Proactive planning of Cloud services maintenance activities
Script and automate maintenance and provisioning tasks
Script and automate monitoring for Cloud services availability and performance
Define instructions and tools for 1st line support related to Cloud services issues and incidents
Maintain Microsoft Office 365 services
Resolve incident related to Microsoft Office 365 services
Wymagania
Experience:Demonstrate experience in windows environment scripting using PowerShell, VB Script
Demonstrate experience in linux/unix environment scripting using bath
Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft AD would be an advantage
