Main tasks and responsibilities: - Assure Business Applications operability and availability
- 2nd support line activities focused on processing incidents between 1st and 3rd support lines
- Identification of malfunctioning IT Infrastructure components that impact application operability
- Provide operational instructions for 1st support line to offload 2nd support line
- Support Monitoring Team in putting applications in scope under monitoring processes, strong focus on mastering monitoring automation
Wymagania
Experience and knowledge:
- Experience in ITIL-compliant support structures
- Basic IT infrastructure knowledge
- e.g. on Windows or Unix operating systems
