Project Manager – Wealth Management IT

As a Project Manager you will take E2E responsibility for Project deliveries in time cost, scope and quality. You will co-operate very closely with internal clients, system engineers, developers, business analysts and further Subject Matter Experts. The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).

Wymagania

Responsibilities: • Leading software development teams for UBS Wealth Management projects
• Driving consistent execution to results that meet expectation of the business
• Managing relationship and ensuring effective collaboration with all project stakeholders (line management, business, account managers, Interface partners etc.)
• Providing the project plans and updating them as needed (deadlines, milestones, delivery, requested and planned resources etc.)
• Establishing a set of practices that ensures completeness, integrity and quality of project work products (schedules, budgets, requirements, priorities, resource allocation plans etc.)
• Tailoring the process to meet projects' needs and ensuring continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-year experience as a Project Manager for medium scale and medium complex projects (approx. 1-5 Mio investment), preferably in global companies within the financial industry
• Deep understanding of SDLC, including iterative and Agile methods
• Very good written and spoken English
• Good negotiation skills
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
• Transparent, structured and result-oriented approach

Additional assets:

• Certification in Project Management (IPMA, PMP, Prince2)
• Experience in RUP
• Background managing projects with internal and external teams
