• Collect the current requirements and needs for enhancements
• To build an RFI document for all overlay requirements
• Align it with the Global Business Owner (Head of Procurement)
• Align with the different Business teams and internal IT
• Coordinate the ERP enhancements implementation based on NAVision ERP managed by internal IT
• Plan the deliverables and tasks, report on progress
• Helps with hands-on capabilities in Business Process documentation tools
• Test and verify the functionality and prepare training and rollout material and plans
Wymagania
Requirements:Must have:
• Excellent knowledge in Business requirements engineering & analysis
• Proven Project management skills in SW projects, ideally with MS NAV or Workflow management tools
• Robust understanding of Procurement and Sales Processes, nice to have Finance Process
• Good English and communication skills to mediate between Biz and IT
• Pragmatic and agile approach to solve challenges
• Discipline in project reporting and tracking Good to have:
• Understanding of the Software License Reseller business
• Implementation coordination experience of ERP
• Know how with Biz Process Management and/or Workflow Mgmt. systems
• Hands-on expertise MS Dynamics NAV
