BPO Services Expert

For our Client, global localization and IT company we are looking for a BPO services expert that will join the team in Bydgoszcz taking care of extraordinary translation projects. Key purpose of the role is to support and supervise process of collaboration with the Client with strong aim on the technical IT processes and applications.

Wymagania

Requirements:
• Strong communication, organization and technical IT skills
• Focus and passion for new technologies
• Very good knowledge (B2) of one of the following languages: English or French or GermanAbility to interface between technical and business teams
• Strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and reporting the status of ongoing projects
• Consultancy and support for the Client's requests including IT technical support
• Ensuring smooth progression of projects
