Wymagania
Responsibilities:- Core activities concern, remote and on site, support of EMEA customers and the maintenance of solutions that are deployed based on BPS products.
- Responsible for installation of updates at customer premises for BPS solutions
- support activities based on Ticketing system
- find solution to solve issue
- help customers to operate the solution
- test solution on industrial personalization machines
- Be able to conduct customer trainings
- Advice improvements
- In urgent cases visits at customer's premises are required
- Education: Engineer in Electronics, computer engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of Oracle databases
- Basic Knowledge of Java and ability to analyse code
- Ability to learn new things quickly
- Autonomy in problem-solving
- English as a working language and ability to communicate effectively
