On behalf of our Client - a successful, international company based in Warsaw– we are currently looking for Software Engineer Principal.

The chosen Candidate will develop software through life cycle (designs, development, unit tests). We are seeking for a person who will be able to initiate and lead engineering teams on development of new products. Software Engineer Principal will be also in charge of researching, presenting and recommending software designs and/or alternative strategies. The ideal Candidate for the position should have an ability to lead a team and to assist team in determining customers requirements. We are looking for a person with broad knowledge and experience on relevant position, with strong analytical and communication skills. The company values a motivated and goal-oriented individuals with can-do attitude.

Required skills:
- University Degree in Computer Science
- excellent knowledge of Java EE technologies
- knowledge of Sping, Hibernate and Oracle databases
- knowledge of testing tools (JUnit, TestNG)
- JBoss application server
- perfect knowledge of Software Requirements, Software Design and Software Maintenance
- Due to an international working environment good command of English is necessary
