Your Job We are currently searching a Conversion Rate Optimization Expert (m/f) who actively supports our dynamic team in Berlin in fulfilling its mission – becoming the leading online grocery delivery service on the international market. You would be in charge of your project's success from initiating, prioritizing and tracking the best technical implementation methods, to designing work flows which meet budget, quality and time targets. Through traffic analyses, like the A/B-test and the split test, you will identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization, whilst always adapting to customer preferences. Your daily duties include planning and executing of website concepts and continuous improvement of the landing pages regarding usability and simplicity of the checkout process. You should be eager to work in an international environment with worldwide software-rollouts, where daily technical and business challenges inspire your ambition and curiosity. You will help us to develop fast growing internet companies across the globe and benefit from the broad expertise of our high-energy IT team. Your Profile

You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, E-commerce or an equivalent education and you could at least gather 1 to 2 years hands on experience in the conversion rate optimization. You have a comprising knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and responsive design and you are acquainted with the challenges of browser compatibility. At best, you have already experience with PHP. You have strong problem solving skills and you work structured and precisely. As a team player you are able to fit in the development team quickly and communicate clearly. You speak English fluently.
