Trainee Desktop Automation Specialist

  What can you expect?

·       In the first 2 weeks you will receive an essential onboarding then we will show you what kind of automation are delivered and agree on which of them you can be focused on.

·       We will give you relevant tools and introduce you to our company’s business and culture.

·       On regular basis you will be involved in automation opportunity discovery sessions, requirement gathering activities & automation creation - individually or together with experienced developers giving you a support you might need. This will allow you to understand the nature of our activities and give you an opportunity to put your skills into practice. Later you will document your work and if needed further improve it (if potential changes will be requested as we help with maintenance as well).

·       In the upcoming months of the traineeship program, you will develop solutions both as a part of a larger delivery team and as an individual contributor.

What we expect from you:

·       Good understanding of English Language

·       Passion for automation and coding – we have plenty of repeatable things to automate and give people their time back for value added tasks

·       You will create mostly the solutions using VBA so good understanding of VBA coding is a must have.

·       Good knowledge of Office 365 – especially Excel & SharePoint is crucial for successful automations delivery in numerous cases

·       If you have worked Microsoft Power Automate in the past (creating Power apps, Flows) that would be a great asset – if not – do not worry you can learn it with us!

·       Experience in Python and Alteryx will be very beneficial!

·       Good communication skills - you will have a direct exposure to stakeholders and teams at work

·       High learning agility and should be a team player

You will earn extra points for:

·       Experience with data visualization software (Tableau) is nice to have but not mandatory

·       Experience with ETL tool (Alteryx, KNIME)
